This Warranty is only applicable to products that were purchased from an authorised Pacsafe dealer and for which the original customer’s proof of purchase is provided. If Pacsafe, at its own discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, Pacsafe will either repair or replace the defective parts or the product itself. This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, natural wear and tear or transport damage (by an airline for example).
